With items purchased online and within 7 days of items being delivered to your home, you may return your items for a refund of the merchandise value, however the delivery cost of the return will be covered by the purchaser. Returns of furniture purchases are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
We carefully inspect your order prior to shipment. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage within 48 hours.
How to Return an Item
Please email our Customer Service team at firstname.lastname@example.org with your customer and product details. We recommend returning your items via a method that can either be tracked or provide proof of delivery.
