Does the online store have the same products as the retail store? The site has a limited range however will be expanding each week as demand rises.
Can I have a discount? All of our products are very reasonably priced and any discounts we receive from our suppliers we pass directly onto you. Please sign up to our facebook www.facebook.com/eclecticstyleAU and newsletter to keep up to date with all of our great promotions.
When is new stock arriving? We receive new stock all the time, if you join our facebook account or newsletter mailing list you will be the first to know about it.
I bought an Eclectic Style product some time ago. If I buy the same item now, will it be identical to the model I currently have? Our range is changing and evolving constantly, and as such we would recommend that you take a photo of the model you have and email us to ensure you have the same product. In most cases it probably has varied in colour or size.

Are shipping charges the same in the store and the online shop? There will be some minor variances since the store charges per order, whilst the online store has standard charges per post code.
Can I pay for my order upon delivery? Unfortunately, we are unable to offer payment upon delivery as our couriers are not equipped to receive payments. As such full payment is required before your order is dispatched.

Can I return items purchased online, into the store? No, unfortunately we run different systems so the purchase will need to be organised with the online team. Please email at email@example.com with the items details to be returned.
