Shipping and Delivery Policy

Tracking Your Order

Our policy is to keep you informed. When your order is despatched, we will contact you by email with the relevant tracking information so you can keep a close eye on your delivery. For larger orders/furniture orders, you will also receive a call from one of our professional furniture removalists to confirm a suitable time for delivery.

Instore Pickup

For purchases of homewares or furniture items that you require "instore pick up", please allow 24 hours from time of purchase to pick up.  This will allow us time to get your product ready for your arrival.

Delivery Lead Times

All homewares will be despatched from our Noosa warehouse within 3 business days from receipt of payment. After despatch, shipping time can vary depending on location with most capital cities 7 business days from warehouse despatch. 

All furniture will be despatched from our Noosa warehouse within 5 business days from receipt of payment. After despatch, shipping time can vary depending on location with most capital cities 14 business days from warehouse despatch.

Homewares deliveries

Deliveries for homeware items which include all items in our “Home and Décor” section are delivered to you via a variety of couriers.  At the checkout, our system reviews your order and location and offers to you the most competitive courier price.  These deliveries are to your front door only.

Furniture deliveries

For our furniture items, we believe your purchases deserve a special degree of handling and care. To ensure this we use professional furniture removalists who call to confirm a time for delivery and take extra care throughout the entire process. Your item/s will be hand unloaded and delivered to the ground floor of your address.  This service does not include delivery upstairs, over balconies, unpacking or rubbish removal of the items.  Please email us at retail@eclecticholdings.com.au to obtain an update to date quote for any furniture items.
